Change Delivery

Someone to run the change to done.

A hands-on engagement where AHS acts as the accountable general contractor for a defined organizational change you are ready to execute. We coordinate the workstreams, manage the dependencies, drive the decisions, and keep the whole effort moving until the change becomes real operating behavior.

6 weeks to 6+ months
$ fixed fee, quoted up front. no hourly surprises.
▮ WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH
A change delivery plan and a governance model that says who owns what, how often you meet, and how decisions and escalations get handled
A live workstream tracker plus a single log for risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, so blockers are visible instead of buried
Executive status reports and sponsor briefings that show real progress, not activity dressed up as progress
Coordinated workstreams across your teams, vendors, process owners, and systems people, aligned to the roadmap and the next actions
An adoption tracking view and operating-change evidence, so you can see whether behavior, system usage, and process execution are actually shifting
Decision memos and prepared materials that make it easy for the sponsor to make the calls only they can make
A stabilization and handoff plan that moves the change into steady-state ownership when AHS exits
▮ HOW IT RUNS
01Mobilize: confirm the change, the sponsor's expectations, AHS's role and authority, the workstreams, the decision path, and what success looks like.
02Set up delivery control: stand up the governance, meeting cadence, reporting rhythm, and the tracking for risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
03Coordinate the work: align workstream owners, vendors, and internal teams around the roadmap, the dependencies, and the next actions.
04Drive decisions and clear blockers: surface unresolved decisions, ownership gaps, and conflicts, prepare the materials, and escalate when needed.
05Track real change: watch whether the work is producing actual shifts in behavior, system usage, and business outcomes, and adapt the roadmap as reality changes.
06Stabilize and hand off: move the change from delivery mode into steady-state ownership, governance, and measurement.
▮ IS THIS THE RIGHT MOVE?
] THIS IS FOR YOU IF
A leader with a defined change that is ready to execute, an executive sponsor with real authority, and no internal capacity to drive coordinated delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and workstreams.
] NOT THE RIGHT MOVE IF
It's not the right move if there is no empowered sponsor, the direction is still too vague to execute, or you want status reporting and staff coverage without granting the access, cadence, and decision-making that real delivery accountability requires.
] FIRST STEP
Start with a focused delivery scoping conversation to walk through the change, the roadmap, the sponsor's authority, the workstreams and vendors, the current risks and blockers, and the role AHS would play as delivery integrator.
Not sure this is the right one? Start with the Work Systems Assessment and we'll name the next best move.
